Return Policy
Want to return an item?
You can return eligible items for any reason within 30 days of placing your order.
To begin, review the refund policy below.
Item(s) must be:
- In its original, undamaged, unused, pre-install condition.
- In its original packaging.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Final sale items are not eligible - Final sale items are items with prices ending in .97 or marked as "FINAL SALE".
- Delivery Fees - Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Open Box Items cannot be returned or replaced.
Follow these Return Instructions:
1. Initiate a return using one of the following methods:
A. Go to the My Orders section of your account and select the item to be returned. Click "Initiate Return".
B. Contact our Forevernest customer service team via email at cs@forevernest.com.
2. Receive a return label with tracking information. Place the new return label directly over the original shipping label.
3. Drop the package off at FedEx or UPS as indicated on the return label.
4. You will receive your requested refund once the item has been received by Forevernest and marked received by our customer service team.
